You will receive 20 servings, each 10grams per 300g-container. The active ingredients in a serving are 1.6g of Beta-alanine, which enhances performance by increasing exercise capacity and reducing muscle fatigue. Also, it contains 3g of L-Citrulline Malate 2:1, a vasodilator responsible for promoting healthier blood vessels, and 1.3g of L-Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarate, a vasodilator which is responsible for reducing high blood pressure.
