You’ll need:

• 210 g mashed ripe bananas (approx. 2 medium bananas)

• 15 ml plant-based milk or water

• 30 ml oil or melted butter

• Optional: 1 egg (for extra fluffiness)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 165°C (fan) or 180–185°C (no fan).

2. Prepare a loaf pan (10×20 cm or max. 12×24 cm) by lightly greasing or lining with parchment paper.

3. In a bowl, mash bananas well. Add milk, oil, and optional egg. Mix until smooth.

5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
