INGREDIENTS: Menaquinone-7 (from Soy Natto), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), inulin, cellulose capsule (HPMC).

RECOMMENDED DAILY USE: Take 1 capsule a day after the main meal with plenty of water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
